Product Description:

Canola oilseeds are tiny, black seeds from the canola plant (a member of the mustard family) that are crushed to extract a trans-fat-free, edible oil rich in monounsaturated fats, omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids, and low in saturated fat. Developed in Canada from rapeseed through crossbreeding to remove harmful compounds, the name "canola" signifies "Canada oil" and also refers to the resulting high-quality oil and protein-rich meal used for animal feed and renewable fuels.
